Another Addicting Pumpkin Oatmeal Recipe!

My personal recipe for an amazingly filling, delicious bowl of pumpkin oatmeal!

Pumpkin Oatmeal

Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • ~1 cup water (or milk)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. maple extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Sweetener to taste ((Splenda, sugar, honey etc..)

1.) Mix together oats, water, pumpkin puree, extract, cinnamon and sweetener.

2.) Microwave for about 2 minutes, then mix in your egg whites with a fork (the egg whites should become more opaque while doing this)

3.) Microwave for another 30-60 sec until oatmeal appears to have a firmer texter….. Enjoy!!
