A Little Monday Motivation

Mondays are always a pain in the ass (for me, atl least).

Murphy’s Law always seems to be upheld on Mondays, no matter what I do to prepare and prevent it. However, I find that the only way to show Monday who’s boss, is to work a little harder, a little longer, and a little smarter.

Lift a little heavier and run a little longer; Shoot for 30 minutes of cardio, aim for 35.
